During the day students were able to lay poppies that they had made in class in our newly decorated 'Community Garden' at the front of the school, which students and staff from the PMLD department worked hard to decorate for the day.

All students then joined as a community in the hall for our assembly, where we learnt about World War II and paid our respects during the 2 minute silence.

It was an absolute honour to see our academy community join together to pay our respects and during this very special day.
