Aspire (PMLD) Pathway – ‘My Body’ Sessions

In the Aspire Pathway, our learners take part in ‘My Body’ sessions every day. These sessions are designed to help children develop their physical skills in fun and engaging ways.
Through a variety of sensory and movement-based activities, students build strength, coordination, and control in both their gross motor skills and fine motor skills.
By practising these skills daily, students not only improve their physical abilities but also grow in confidence and independence. They learn to communicate their needs, make choices, and take pride in what their bodies can do — all of which supports their overall wellbeing and readiness for learning.
