As part of our Endeavour (ASC) Pathway offer, our physical well-being sessions are designed to promote the development of gross and fine motor skills, enhance body awareness, and build confidence through movement. These sessions integrate sensory-based workouts and swimming activities, tailored to meet diverse needs and abilities.
Our students have been provided with opportunities to engage in fun, structured routines that encourage:

Motor skill development (balance, coordination, strength, flexibility)

Cooperation and turn-taking through group games and partner tasks

Imitation skills by following modelled actions, both in and out of the water

Sensory integration via activities that stimulate tactile, proprioceptive, and vestibular systems
Through an inclusive and supportive environment, students are encouraged to explore movement, build social connections, and develop lifelong physical literacy.
